• US-1 Bypass South becomes US-1 South
• Travel approximately 28.8 miles on US-1 South
• Turn right onto Spring Forest Rd.
• Drive approximately 3 miles
• Medical Mutual (700 Spring Forest Rd.) is located on the left-hand side

Directions from the South

• Take I-40 West in the direction of Raleigh
• Follow to I-440 in the direction of Rocky Mount
• From I-440, take the Wake Forest Rd. Exit
• Turn right onto Wake Forest Rd. and proceed to left-hand lane
• Drive approximately 3.5 miles heading north on Wake Forest Rd. (which become Falls of the Neuse Rd.)
• Make a left onto Spring Forest Rd.
• Drive approximately .2 mile
• Medical Mutual (700 Spring Forest Rd.) is located on the left-hand side

Directions from the West

• From I-40 East in the direction of Raleigh, merge onto I-540 East via exit 283 toward US-70
• Take the Six Forks Rd. exit, Exit 11
• Turn slight right onto Six Forks Rd.
• Follow approximately 3.3 miles
• Turn left onto Lynn Rd.(which becomes Spring Forest Rd.)
• Drive approximately .8 mile
• Medical Mutual (700 Spring Forest Rd.) is located on the right-hand side
