New Payment Option
North Carolina policyholders* interested in paying monthly premium on their renewal policy electronically, may simply complete the EFT Authorization Form. You may type in the fillable PDF form but please print, sign and return it to us with a voided check to complete authorization.
Please note: This payment option is not currently available to Virginia or Georgia policyholders.
Account information is available on-line to customers that receive their invoices directly from Medical Mutual. If you are a Practice Manager for your account, click the PHS logo to access our online services.
