The following comprehensive benefits are available to all full-time associates working 30 hours or more. Most benefits are effective the first day of employment. Our benefits are designed to give the maximum advantage to long-term employees.


The following benefits are provided to the employee as of the first date of employment:

*Associates are responsible for dependent premiums.


The following benefits are available after a brief qualifying period of employment:

  • Pension Plan
    Medical Mutual offers a company-funded pension plan which contributes 12% of the employee's gross salary on a monthly basis. This plan follows a six-year vesting schedule.
  • 401K Plan
    Medical Mutual matches 100% of the first 3% of the associate's contribution. Associates are eligible during the next quarterly enrollment period following their date of hire. This plan follows a six-year vesting schedule.
